Cancellation policy

Please read our policy for cancelling or rescheduling appointments and memberships.

Appointments

We ask for at least 14 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules within 14 days of your appointment may be subject to a fee. If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible or use your account to reschedule or cancel online.

Fees

Late cancellations (within 14 days) may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the session or a portion of it, at our discretion. No-shows may be charged the full session amount. We will communicate any applicable fees before charging.

Memberships

To cancel your membership, you must give written notice at least two months in advance. Cancellations are otherwise handled according to your plan terms. Contact us or your local consultant to cancel or change your membership. Changes typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
